QSTRATA provides Queensland’s only fully integrated strata titling consultant service. Our strata consulting group brings a fresh and innovative approach to back end residential, commercial and industrial strata tilting services derived from a breadth of knowledge and experience across the range of technical disciplines required to provide the only one stop shop available to the industry.
In bringing together town planning, surveying*, legal document drafting, landscape design, building design and project management services; QSTRATA can not only prepare all forms of strata title / community title schemes in an efficient, timely and cost effective manner, but our strata consulting group can also offer strategic advice and options for uplifting property values prior to the on-sale or valuation of projects. This is provided through the town planning, landscape design and building design expertise integrated into the overall service.
Our point of difference is price, speed and service. By internalising and controlling all of the required disciplines we have been able to reduce cost, improve efficiency and maintain quality. We provide a cost effective alternative to the traditional solicitor managed process where the surveying and other technical services are coordinated and subcontracted externally at market value, often with an additional managerial fee charged to organize this process.
QSTRATA is an extremely versatile company which is as usable by first time developers as it is by large multi-national investment entities, superfunds and government agencies.

Extensive understanding of the land use and approval processes required for local government execution of community title documents and lodgement with the Titles Registry.
Plans*
Coordination of site survey and preparation of all forms of building format, standard format, volumetric or other survey plans required to accompany community title schemes.
BUILDING & LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Provision of design services to facilitate strategic building and landscape works to maximise valuations and sales.
Community management statements, easements and other legal DOCUMENT DRAFTING
Drafting of community management statements, easement agreements and all other required legal and governance documentation.
* QStrata are not registered cadastral surveyors. Any work carried out by a third party who is a registered consulting cadastral surveyor will be invoiced directly by that third party. QStrata is no permitted to directly charge customers a fee for carrying out a cadastral survey.
